AI prompts, outputs, credit usage, and related error records may be retained when needed for delivery, billing, support, security, and abuse prevention. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
Sharing and service providers
VisiResume may use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, support, document export, fraud prevention, and AI processing. These providers should only receive the information needed to perform their role.
VisiResume does not need to sell resume content. Any production policy should identify final providers, cross-border processing terms, and user rights based on the countries where the platform operates.
