By using VisiResume, users agree to use the platform responsibly.

These terms apply when you access VisiResume, create an account, use career tools, purchase credits or products, participate in referrals, or contact support.

Accounts and eligibility

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and notifying support about suspicious activity.

Verification

Email verification may be required for purchases, affiliate activation, withdrawals, password recovery, and high-risk account changes.

Resume tools and career content

VisiResume provides tools for creating resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn content, interview preparation notes, and related career materials. Users remain responsible for reviewing content before submitting job applications.

Templates, exports, ATS suggestions, and generated text are intended to support career preparation. They do not guarantee interviews, job offers, visa approvals, employer responses, or hiring outcomes.

AI, ATS, and job match features

  • AI suggestions may need editing for accuracy, tone, industry fit, and truthfulness.
  • ATS scores and match reports are guidance tools, not hiring decisions.
  • Users should not submit false experience, credentials, certifications, or achievements.
  • AI credit costs and limits are displayed before the applicable action or purchase.

Payments, credits, and subscriptions

Purchases

Paid tools may include resume downloads, ATS reports, AI credits, cover letters, and premium template access.

Credits

AI credits are reserved when an eligible request begins and recorded against the relevant feature. A failed provider request should return the corresponding reservation.

Refunds

Refund rules should be published before production and may depend on product activation, usage, gateway status, and support review.

Referral and affiliate program

Referral participants must use accurate marketing claims, avoid spam, and follow platform rules. VisiResume may reject commissions linked to self-referrals, fraud, duplicate accounts, fake purchases, chargebacks, or policy abuse.

Withdrawal eligibility, the current minimum payout, supported payout channels, and commission status are displayed in the referral and withdrawal areas of the account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service

Users may not attack the platform, bypass payment checks, abuse AI tools, scrape protected content, upload malicious files, or interfere with other users.

Do not submit harmful content

Users may not upload or generate unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, abusive, or malicious content through VisiResume tools.

Respect ownership

VisiResume branding, product design, templates, software, documentation, and original platform content remain protected unless explicitly licensed.

Service availability and limitations

VisiResume aims to provide reliable tools, but service interruptions, maintenance, payment provider delays, AI provider failures, email delivery issues, or third-party outages may occur.

Career outcomes depend on many factors outside VisiResume, including user qualifications, job market conditions, employer preferences, and application quality.

Questions or changes

Terms may change as the platform grows.

VisiResume may update these terms when products, payment methods, referral rules, AI providers, security requirements, or legal obligations change. Material updates should be communicated through appropriate account or website notices.
